We check that a payment arrived. We never touch your money. Here is exactly what that means.
Deresegne reads a customer's payment receipt and tells your employee whether the payment arrived in your account and for the right amount. That is all. We do not hold, send, receive or move any money.
Paid means the bank confirmed the payment for the right amount to your account.
Not real is shown only when the check proves it. A slow bank or bad internet never counts as proof.
Can't confirm means we could not check yet. Try again before you decide.
Results depend on banks and mobile money services answering us. We do our best, but we cannot promise they are always available, and the final decision to accept a payment is yours.
The first month is free and needs no card. After that the price is [PRICE PER MONTH]. We will tell you before the free month ends, and you can stop at any time with no penalty. Nothing is charged automatically.
The owner sees every check made by their employees: who checked, the amount, the time and the result. Employees see only their own checks from today. We never show one business's data to another.
We keep your phone number, your business's name and the record of each check, so the owner can look back at any time.
Photos of receipts are used for the check and then deleted. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Enter your own bank and mobile money accounts correctly, and keep your password private. Do not share one login between several people. Owners add employees by phone number so each person has their own.
You can stop whenever you want and ask us to delete your data. We may pause a business that misuses the service, and we will tell you why.
